Top to Bottom Home Inspections, LLC is owned and operated by Eric Stiles.  Since High School, Eric has been involved in some form of residential/commercial construction.  He is a skilled carpenter who has worked in all phases of construction.  Eric is a graduate of Syracuse University attaining a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.  Eric has been working as a Construction Manager for the past 30 years.  Top to Bottom Home Inspections, LLC offers the following services: Pre-purchase Home Inspections, Pre-listing Home Inspections, Commercial Inspections and NYS Wood Destroying Insect Inspections.
